Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ann Arbor West, An Ihg Hotel, Ann Arbor

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, though a bit smelly, were decently appointed, well lit, and clean. They were surprisingly spacious and had a modern feel to them. The service was exceptional, with accommodating and friendly staff members who were always kind, caring, welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The location, while a little small and not ideal for an extended stay, was convenient being near a famous German restaurant and right off the interstate for easy access. The dining experience, while I paid for the continental breakfast, had some good items but was scarce and not very appetizing. Despite a few shortcomings, the facilities were adequate for my needs.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, even entertained by our southern accents. However, the location, while nice, lacked convenient access for longer stays. The dining experience was good, though the breakfast options were limited. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
